CONTRACT FOR FLAT RENTING BY DAYS

Law 29/1994 of 24 of November of Urban Rentals

· Landlord: Flats and Transport Barcelona, SL.
· Tenant: Detailed at the back of the contract like tenant.
· Flat: Detailed at the back of the contract like apartment.
· Reason for renting: brief stay in Barcelona.
· Duration: Detailed at the back of the contract detailing arrival and departure days. The tenant will not be able to prorogue the stay without the permission of the landlord.
· Price: Detailed at the back of the contract as total stay
· Deposit: Detailed at the back of the contract like deposit to be given back
· Furniture: Detailed in annex I.
· Conservation: The tenant will be legally responsible for any lost or damage detailed at to the back of the contract.
· Expenses: The landlord will be in charge of all gas, light and water expenses.
· Cession and Sublease: It is prohibited any cession or sublease by the tenant.
· Preferential acquisition: The tenant resigns to the rights of any preferential acquisition of the flat.
· Responsibility: The landlord will not be responsible for any lost or damage of the objects deposited by the tenant in the apartment
· Civil and penal responsibility: The renter is totally responsible for any damages caused to third people or goods during the duration of the present contract, or by him or by any person who was in the house during this period
· In the case that this contract would not cover any area, the law that will apply will be Spanish LAU 29/1994 and complementary the Spanish civil and penal code.
