· Once flat availability is confirmed, if you wish to book the flat or apartment, you have to pay 30% of the total amount of the stay. Payment should be made to the bank account we will detail you through email.

· To confirm the rent of the flat, you need to send us by fax or email the receipt of the bank transfer done. It is also necessary to send a photocopy of the identity card of the person that will sign the contract. The photocopy must indicate the name of the client, its number of identity card and an address. We this photocopy to prepare the contract and the invoice for the client that will receive it at his arrival to Barcelona.

· Due to security reasons, the client has to send us the full name of each one of the guests that will stay at our apartments and the dates of their stay if they are not the same of the dates detailed in the booking of the main client.

· The remaining amount of the total of the booking will be paid in cash or VISA in the delivery of keys of the flat.
